TRUEGLAMBEAUTY STUDIO is based in CHAFFORD HUNDRED (closest station is Chafford hundred station ). Full address is given out in your confirmation email and a reminder for your appointment is sent out a day before your booking. (Please plan your journey ahead of time). CALL OUTS FOR ONE

In the case where TrueGlamBeauty does have availability to travel out,we is more than happy to. Outside studio bookings start from £180 per person. £50 additional call out fee. Travel, touch ups and extra hours are not included in the prices. Please note this does not apply to Celebrants and Brides .

 

RETAINER PAYMENT

Trueglambeauty requires a deposit. The balance must be paid in CASH and the correct change on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.

 

APPONITMENTS for the following month will open up on the 14th of every month at 6pm (for example July makeup bookings will open up on the 14th of June).

Please book 1-2 weeks in advance. Last minute bookings (2 days prior) will be an additional cost of £20

Due to limited seating, please DO NOT bring extra guests unless they are being serviced. Before arriving to your appointment please ensure your eyebrows are neatly shaped. If they are not threaded or waxed , please add Brow Shaping to your appointment.

LATE FEES do apply

• 10 mins late = £15

 

If you arrive later than 10 mins your appointment will be automatically CANCELLED. Please be considerate with timing. Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment to avoid any delays. If you do not turn up to your appointment without a mention, you will be banned from booking in the future.

 

PREMIUM SLOTS

Booking slots earlier than 9am or after 7pm are (£25 extra). Booking slots on a Sunday are (£25 extra) Please email for premium slots if the slot time you want is not available or be sure to click add ons
